TERMS OF SUBSCRIPTION

Ten Casting Management will maintain and add images and data to password protected files on the World Wide Web called "Online Talent Porttfolio," allowing subscribers in good standing full access to said files via their own internet connections. Ten Casting Management will also convey offers and negotiate terms of employment or assignment (from or by subscribers to talent) - along with collateral services as may be appropriate - under its Schedule of Fees then current and applicable. Ten Casting Management will represent its subscribers as clients in the negotiation of said assignment(s), but makes no claims or warranties relative to talent found, pictured or detailed in databases provided through its efforts and/or website(s). All fees are due when services are performed and are considered delinquent if not paid within five days of e-invoicing. Cancellation or re-scheduling of confirmed casting assignments for any reason WILL incur service fees in addition to those already invoiced. These Terms of Subscription apply in addition to Ten Casting's website Terms of Service - hyperlinked here and from the TCM home page.

**applies to any cancellation, change or re-scheduling for any reason, following e-confirmation of an assignment, regardless of whether initiated by client/subscriber or talent,.
***Amount due and payable to TCM by Client only on the occasion of a follow-up booking of a Talent for any purpose (including EACH DAY's extension of a confirmed Assignment, as well as callbacks, follow-ups, re-shoots or totally new assignments with confirmed talent), whether paid or unpaid, at any time up to thirty-six (36) months following the date of a confirmation. In accepting the terms of any Confirmation, Client agrees to inform TCM immedately upon arrangement with Talent named therein of any such callback, follow-up, re-shoot, extension or new assignment, rendering "Callback Fee" payment to TCM within ten days of each and every date that any such arrangements are concluded with Talent. (NOTE: "Callback Fees" are not applicable to future assignments confirmed through TCM and are often greater than the sum of casting fees charged for such assignments.)
