5. Subscribers who use their access to the Online Portfolio to select talent for specific assignments may be charged very minimal fees for casting services according to the Schedule of Subscriber Fees then in effect.

6. Online Portfolio subscription fees do not include individual or customized casting services typically involving a breakdown of specific types or roles, or with race, ethnic, height, special skills or other limitations. Such services can be provided at commercial casting rates negotiated for specific projects.

7. Talent included in the Ten Management Portfolio are generally willing to pose nude for graphic art, sculpture and photographic art purposes; some may have limitations regarding video or motion picture film, group shooting, posing with another talent, or certain kinds of publications. Some may prefer to avoid frontal nudity, while others may be comfortable even with a degree of eroticism. Such matters are best worked out between a Subscriber and each individual talent (with our assistance, certainly) prior to confirming a booking.

8. Unauthorized or unreleased use of Portfolio Talent images and/or illegal or unethical activities involving Subscriber dealings with Portfolio Talent may be considered grounds for the suspension of further services without refund of subscription fees paid.

9. Typical rates for art modeling services run from as little as $75 to $500 or more for sessions running anywhere from one to four hours; (we try to discourage clock/hourly rates); commercial or publication rights generally run more and may be negotiated up front or later. Individual models are free to ask whatever they feel is fair at anytime and cannot be held to any standard or flat fee schedule. Yet, many are building their own portfolios and self-promotion pieces, and might well, after viewing a subscriber's own work, be willing to trade their modeling services for a subscriber's artistic, photographic or videographic services. Traditional terms for such arrangements include:

"Test" (short for "Trade/Test," meaning neither party pays the other, but both get self-promotional usage of images or even some number of photographic prints for the talent).
"TFP" (Time for Prints)
"TFCD" (Time for CD)

10. Travel costs (over and above session fees) generally apply for unusual mileage or public transportation. Ten Management never charges commissions - neither to subscribers nor to talent.
