We
are not a talent agency. We are not a personal management firm.
We
take no commissions from talent. We run no school. We charge no
fees to talent. There are no contracts to sign, no exclusives, no
conflicts with a talent's current representation; (we're happy to work
with any agent or manager designated by the talent. . . or work with the
talent directly; we're flexible!).
We ARE "casting directors;" i.e., recruiters, searchers, finders, scouts, human resources officers, personnel managers, negotiators and travel arrangers for the buyers of talent services. Because of our unique specialization, we accumulate images and data on numbers of "select," lean, fit, athletic and attractive men, which we share with regular clients in our highly acclaimed Online Portfolio of Male Actors, Dancers, Models & Athletes. Some clients retain us on a traditional "breakdown from script or specifications" contract, literally assigning us to "find" the very best talent who fit their requirements. Other clients prefer to review The Portfolio and ask for talent whose pictures and skills interest them. And, of course, there are breakdown clients who review The Portfolio and use particular names of talent included in it to better specify their needs: "I want one like that!" |
| About you. . .
You are male, probably between twenty-two and
thirty-four (although there is definitely call for both older and younger
men who fit the rest of our specs. . . KEEP READING!); you've got
both a great body (maybe buffed, maybe slender) and good, clear skin; you're
lean, fit, healthy, energetic, muscular, defined, symmetrical, proportional,
attractive, have some skill and experience in a number of sports, martial
arts or dance disciplines. . . and you've got a big, toothy smile that
makes people think of Crest or Pepsodent. (And if you can act, too. . .
well, so much the better!) Uh, ideally you're "non-conflicted," meaning it's best that your real resume shows few if any commercials, whether principal or extra. . . cuz the big guys are very jealous of each other. And, hopefully, you've not gone overboard in desecrating the temple of your body with various tattoos and piercings; the mainstream clients gear most of their stuff for Peoria! Incidentally, it doesn't really matter where you live; clients willingly spring for travel expenses for the best people. And, of course, in order to cast you in anything, we'll need great pictures (smiling headshot and spectacular bodyshot) and a whole bunch of data. As to pictures, if you've already got first rate stuff, terrific! If not, and we see serious potential, we can help. When we accept a talent for The Portfolio, we take care of all costs for any images we require. |
